FAQ
How does your process work?
We start with a short discovery call to understand your family, schedule, priorities, and what will make a placement successful long-term. From there, we source and introduce thoughtfully vetted candidates who align with your needs, and guide you through interviews, references, and next steps.
Do you screen and check references?
Yes. All caregivers we work with are carefully vetted before any introduction is made. This includes a thorough review of experience, reference checks, and verification of up-to-date certifications and vaccinations, where applicable.
Do you offer trial periods?
Yes. Many families choose to begin with a short paid trial so everyone can ensure the fit feels right before moving forward long-term. We’ll talk through what makes the most sense for your situation.
How long does it usually take to find someone?
Timelines vary based on the role, schedule, flexibility, and current availability. Many families begin meeting candidates within 1–2 weeks once expectations are aligned. We provide transparent guidance upfront about what to expect.
Do you stay involved after placement?
Yes. We don’t disappear once a caregiver starts. We remain the point of contact to support both families and caregivers as the relationship settles in and are available to help navigate adjustments, questions, or changes along the way. If unexpected needs arise, we do our best to support families with temporary coverage or alternative solutions when possible.
What types of caregivers do you work with?
We work with experienced career nannies and newborn care specialists, including live-in and live-out roles, as well as part-time and full-time placements.
